9/15/05 - Opus Solutions Adds Account Manager, Program Manager, Systems Administrator

Beaverton , Ore September 15, 2005 Continuing its commitment to growth and industry leadership, Opus Solutions, a Beaverton-based provider of integrated event management solutions, announces the addition of three staff members to various divisions within the organization.

Laura Maffitt has joined Opus Solutions as an Account Manager, responsible for strategic development and planning for clients’ event programs.  Her primary focus will be the Liebert and New Century Mortgage accounts.  Previous to this position, Ms. Maffitt was Events and Membership Manager for the Northwest Food Processors Association, and also spent eight years with GES Exposition Services.

Becky Bowar has joined Opus Solutions as a Program Manager in the transportation operations team and is responsible for the daily routing and tracking of client booth properties and other client-owned event materials. Previous to this position, Ms. Bowar, a Battalion Supply Corporal in the United States Marine Corps’ Reserve, served on 2 1/2 yrs activation orders with 6th Engineer Support Battalion.

David Boicourt has joined Opus Solutions as Systems Administrator to manage the day-to-day IT operations and support applications.  Previous to this position, Mr. Boicourt was IT Operations Manager at OCP Publications.
